The challenge
Ribeiro had twelve years of award-winning homes behind it and a template website that hid all of them. Most enquiries were small renovations far below the studio’s budget floor, and the two partners lost around six hours a week on calls that went nowhere.
The work was strong. The site just never said who it was for.
Our approach
Position the practice, then design for it
A two-day workshop landed on one idea: quiet homes for slow living. Every decision after that served it, from the softened wordmark to the generous, magazine-like page rhythm.
Nine flagship houses rewritten as long-form stories with plans, materials and the families who live there
Clear budget bands on every project, so visitors self-qualify before they call
A three-step enquiry form that asks about site, budget and timeline up front
The results
Within six months the studio signed €1.8M of new work through the website. Fewer people get in touch, but the right ones do.
Conversion from enquiry to signed project rose from 9% to 24%
Partner time spent qualifying leads dropped by 38%
Average time on project pages more than doubled

Since launch, our enquiries are better qualified and 24% of them convert into signed projects. We spend far less time explaining who we are.
